Cookie policy
Asistate uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect the service and remember your preferences.
We use Mapbox for maps and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms. These services receive connection data, such as your IP address. Mapbox also uses browser storage for map usage statistics.
Advertising pixels and marketing cookies are not enabled. Reading this policy or continuing to browse does not give consent to optional tracking.
Managing your browser data
You can change language and appearance in Asistate. Your browser’s privacy settings let you view, block or delete cookies and site data. Deleting them may sign you out and reset preferences; blocking them can prevent sign-in or calendar connection from working.
Cookie and storage details
Cookies are small pieces of data that your browser can send with requests to the site. Local storage keeps data on your device between visits. The entries below are used when the corresponding feature is active; not every visit creates all of them.
- Sign-in - Supabase
First-party cookies named sb-…-auth-token keep you signed in. They may be split into numbered parts. A temporary sb-…-auth-token-code-verifier cookie secures the sign-in or password recovery flow.
Retention: Authentication cookies have a browser lifetime of up to 400 days, renewed when the session is refreshed, and are cleared on sign-out. The sign-in verifier is normally removed after the code exchange. Cookie lifetime does not guarantee that a session remains valid.
- Language - NEXT_LOCALE
A first-party cookie remembers your interface language: English, Russian or Spanish.
Retention: Browser session; your browser may restore session cookies when reopening tabs.
- Calendar connection - google_calendar_oauth
A first-party security cookie links the Google Calendar connection request to its callback. It is set only when you start connecting your calendar.
Retention: Up to 10 minutes; removed when the callback is handled.
- Appearance - theme
Local storage remembers the light, dark or system theme you select.
Retention: Until you change the preference or clear site data in your browser.
- Property selection feedback - selection_feedback_…
Local storage remembers the feedback you give on properties in a shared selection, so the page can show your choices on a later visit.
Retention: No automatic expiry. Entries are updated when you change your feedback and can be removed by clearing site data. Clearing browser storage does not delete feedback already submitted to Asistate.
- Interactive maps - Mapbox
Mapbox can store entries beginning with mapbox.eventData in local storage, including a random identifier and metadata used for aggregate map usage statistics. Map requests also share connection data, such as your IP address, with Mapbox. Optional map performance metrics are disabled in Asistate; this does not disable all Mapbox usage events.
Retention: Local storage has no browser-enforced expiry. Mapbox manages and may refresh these entries; you can remove them by clearing site data.
Security and external services
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-in and registration against automated abuse. It processes browser and connection signals. Depending on the site’s Cloudflare configuration, security cookies such as cf_clearance may be used; their lifetime depends on that configuration.
Maps and security services have their own data practices. You can read the providers’ notices below.
